Terrains for Danish Spring 2026 are ready – embargoes now in effect!

Søllerød Orienteering Club is proud to present the terrains for Danish Spring 2026 taking place March 27 – 29, 2026. The event offers three days of top-class orienteering and World Ranking Events on all distances.

Sprint – Friday, March 27

Long distance – Saturday, March 28

Gribskov South and Stenholt Vang East sets the setting for Saturday’s long distance. The terrain is open and gently rolling with a mix of deciduous forest, open clearing, and a dense network of large forest roads. A varied and runnable area offering both speed and finesse – true danish orienteering terrain.

Middel distance – Sunday, March 29

The weekend ends Sunday in Grønholt Hegn, a slightly hilly terrain and a technical forest with mixed vegetation and varying visibility. With few major trails, precision and fine map contract will be essential.

Danish Spring 2026 is organized by Søllerød Orienteering Club with the ambition to create an international-class orienteering weekend – open to elite, junior, recreational runners and the public.
